We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of People and Culture to lead our human resources and organizational culture initiatives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Objective: Is accountable and responsible for the provision of HR services, in line with the Group guidelines, across the entire employee lifecycle for the Division in support of achieving the business objectives. Partners with Cluster and BU leadership as the people expert to guide and advise on all people-related matters. Custodian of all people-related matters for the Division. What youâ€ll do: Consult with Cluster and BU leadership to remain abreast of current and future business needs. Utilise data analytics to support business insights. Liaise with LOB HR to inform Divisional and Group HR strategy and program development. Custodian of the total HR value chain. Manage the implementation/delivery of all HR value chain programs - workforce planning, organizational design, recruitment and selection, onboarding, reward, and recognition, change management, employee wellness, employee and industrial relations, payroll administration, training, and development, succession planning and offboarding – for all staff for the Division in line with group processes. Custodian of all disciplinary and grievance-related matters for the Division, including policy compliance, procedural compliance for disciplinary inquiries, and dispute resolution at external dispute resolution bodies (CCMA, Bargaining, council, DoEL) with all people-related legislative requirements including but not limited to skills development, employment equity, LRA, BCEA, OHSE, POPIA. Advise and coach cluster and BU leadership and management on all people-related matters. Influence and manage the Cluster and BU organizational design to achieve lean organizational structures that are in line with business strategy and revenue levels. Your Expertise: 5-10 Years experience in the Human Resource field  5-10 Years in a management/ supervisory role  Qualifications Required: Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management Other information applicable to the opportunity: Permanent position Location: Johannesburg (Midrand ) - Hybrid (minimum 2 days a week)
