To lead and manage the strategic and operational direction of the Operations discipline, through the development of the required framework for associated work within the parameters of the authorisation granted or approved by the authorising Head of Department to ensure information and data is collected in-line with legislative/regulatory requirements and to effectively enable the combating of financial crime.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications First DegreeinInformation Studies or Risk Management or relatedA qualification in Data Analysis or related will be an added advantage8 -10 years - The role requires an expert experienced in conducting and leading informationgathering operations with sound understanding of the legislative/regulatory requirements as well as best practice standards. The individual must have experience in leading operational teams and service providers in gathering intelligence to be used in combating finance related crimes.Proficient in data mining, analytics and visualization techniquesAble to implement robotic process automation and digitalization as it relates to data acquiredProducing actionable intelligence reports to inform stakeholders at EXCO-levelYou will be required to travel to the various African countries on a regular basis
