Qualifications: BCom in Finance/ Accounting CIMA in progress (Advantageous) Skills: Minimum 3-5 years working experience in a similar role within the property industry MDA (Advantageous) SAP (Advantageous) Job description: Responsible for the effective performance of all accounting department functions Ensures that accounting functions are completed in accordance with established procedures and applicable regulations Preparation of Board packs Monthly and Annual figures Ensure the production of monthly reports for clients/owners Monthly financial statements
