In South Africa, we have a workforce of over 450 staff.About the roleReporting to the Shift Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for operating the relevant Injection Moulding Machines and pack moulded parts into relevant packaging.
Remove moulded parts from machines, and check to ensure that they conform to specificationsPack Moulded parts into relevant packagingMove controls to set cutting specifications, to position cutting tools and workpieces in relation to each other, and to start machinesTrimming of Injection moulded partsHousekeeping around working areaReport any quality defects to the Shift SupervisorReport any problems on machines to the Shift SupervisorEnsure hopper is full at machineFrom time to time do as request from SupervisorSafe operation of Injection moulding MachineEnsuring that machinery and moulds are effectively maintainedComplete completion of production score sheetAd hoc functions within the ambit of the job functionNational Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed)Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in a similar roleProduct KnowledgeStrong Sense of ResponsibilityEffective Communication Skills in English (Verbal and Written)#J-18808-Ljbffr
