DescriptionOversee the day-to-day operations of the 5-star luxury villa, ensuring impeccable service at all times.Utilize at least 3 years of experience in luxury villa or yacht management to maintain the villa's high standards.Possess in-depth food and beverage knowledge, including wine expertise and cellar management.Display dynamic leadership skills by managing a team effectively and fostering a positive working environment.Maintain flexibility regarding leave and days off to accommodate the needs of the villa.Demonstrate proficiency in housekeeping, administration, and excellent communication skills.Accommodation consists of a flatlet attached to the house with 2 en-suite bedrooms/bathrooms.Confidentiality regarding the villa's ownership is paramount and will be discussed during the interview process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
