The Loyalty Product and Partnerships Development Manager is responsible for the optimization (member acquisition, engagement, and retention) and the modelling, analysis and reporting of Key performance (KPIs) for loyalty programs. To identify, secure and negotiate marketing opportunities that increase and maintain programs and onboarding of loyalty partners and users.
Bachelors in marketing, advertising, or business administration/entrepreneurship
5-8 years in partnership management, marketing, project management, direct marketing, advertising, direct response, sales management, and loyalty marketing
Strong operational and entrepreneurial skills
Strong commercial, sales, negotiating skills
Strong previous experience within partnership rewards /loyalty rewards/incentive rewards programs
Experience in modelling and analyzing various KPIs
Excellent project management skills
Ability to proactively identify opportunities, take initiative and multi tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to establish and build business relationships
Evaluate program performance and investigate opportunities to recommend promotions and strategies that drive incentive programs and member engagement
ROI, new member acquisition and activation goals, increased frequency etc
Manage daily activities associated with success of programs
Serves as a subject matter expert (Internal and External) for aspects of programs and associated members
Work with cross functional teams including senior leadership
Cultivate, manage, and contribute to success of internal cross functional teams and relationships within marketing, IT, finance, member services, legal, senior leadership etc
Develop and manage external marketing plans that support program growth including new member and partnership acquisitions and existing member engagement optimization
Collaborate with internal marketing teams by assisting and providing strategy direction and input towards the development of campaigns that support program growth and are in keeping with partners brand requirements
Identifies, secures and or negotiates marketing opportunities that increase and maintain programs share of voice within overall loyalty program
Proactively problem solve and enhance user experience for programs
Collaborate with marketing analytics, finance and loyalty development counterparts to forecast, manage and analyze program performance
Metrics and reporting on activities
Review and approve materials developed by loyalty partners for to promote programs
Represent loyalty development department in cross functional projects and or tasks
