Détails de l'annonce Profil recherché pour le poste : Long-Term Research Expert Development of Data and Analytical System The Individual expert is expected to have among others the following qualifications and key competencies :A minimum of Master Degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Economics, Data/Information Management, Advanced Statistical Analysis, Information Technology) or any other relevant fieldAt least 5 years demonstrated experience in data management, database development and archiving, including use of web-enabled platforms and common statistical analysis toolsAt least 5 years demonstrated experience in tax and/or non-tax systems development and management, database development, modelling, analysis and/or forecastingExperience in big data manipulation and analysisExperience in developing countries or within the Sub-Saharan Africa region will be considered a strong advantageExperience in carrying out at least two (02) assignments of similar nature and complexityStrong analytical skills, familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methodsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to perform in diverse and multicultural environmentExcellent writing and presentation skills and excellent team working skillsExcellent command of Microsoft Office and other related tools.
