Minimum Qualification: Degree (Business / HR / Organisational Psychology or equivalent) Minimum Year's Experience: 3-5 Years Minimum Skills: • Ability to communicate effectively and assertively and to work in a team. • Planning and organisational skills and budgeting management • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Computer literacy • Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task Location: South Coast, KwaZulu Natal Responsibilities • Provide co-ordination and support in all aspects of L&D including planning, preparation of learning material, logistical support, payments of suppliers / training providers and reporting. •Conduct learning needs analysis through consultations with managers, through evaluation of business information or other relevant assessment methods. • Develop and manage learning plans for Manufacturing in line with key business gaols. • Support the development of competence for key jobs and talent pipeline through partnering with Line Managers. • Determine appropriate learning strategies and approaches aligned to the 70:20:10 principles and facilitate formal learning programs using a variety of methods. • Compile and control a learning budget for designated functional areas. • Design learning materials and deliver solutions to address specific learning needs. • Evaluate, appoint, and monitor performance of external training providers. • Monitor and evaluate learning programs to ensure they are relevant and effective. • Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling training interventions, setting-up training systems and equipment, and enrolment of employees on learning interventions. • Prepare, submit, and present reports to management (incl. senior management). • Provide quality input and data for statutory reporting e.g., WSP/ATR and BBB-EE. • Provide guidance and counselling to employees for career development and personal development planning. • Promote and adhere to company procedures, policies, and guidelines, including, without limitation, those relating to SHERQ, Competition Law and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC)
