Learner – Mco Finance Controller

JOB PURPOSE:
Provide a financial expertise and administrative support to vaccines GBU in the MCO
Coordinate the financial synergies between countries within the Vaccines GBU.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Assist with organizing and coordinating the budget and forecasts processes
Assist with consolidating zone financial data (Sales, Gross margin and Opex…) and challenge sub-clusters assumptions
Coordinate preparation and submission of MCO HQ budget
Coordinate monthly sales forecast & quarterly PL landing
Support the countries on any technical queries related w Boost and HFM
Analyze and comment the monthly results (Sales, GtN, Gross margin, PL and HC) and alert about the variances vs budget
Ensure timely submission of accounting deliverables from the countries in scope; as per closing deadlines
Participate actively in the preparation of the annual commercial policy
Support MCO on the ad hoc financial analysis (i.e. headcount, personnel costs, gross to net monitoring..)
Coordinate the budget control and Opex monitoring
Ensure the right allocation of expenses by nature
