There are two primary facets to the job of Technical Lead. The first, building the practice, is about acquiring (hiring), training and developing top class software engineers and technical experts. The second, capability building, is about defining, implementing and evolving the set of methods, practices, guidelines and frameworks that are required to continually improve the quality of technical solutions that are delivered
Qualifications
First Degree inInformation Technology andComputer Sciences as well asIT Certifications such as SAFe andScrum MasterGood understanding of Salesforce technology and coding languages such asApexis essential5-7 Years experience in full lifecycle design and development covering solution design, application design, development, testing and maintenance, network software, operating systems, multi-tier environments, desktop and workgroup software, middleware, server technology, fault tolerant environments, development tools3-4 Yearsexperience as both a team leader and as a member of a small team of technical staff working in an agile development environment with a minimum of 2 yearsexperience as a manager running a portfolio of 10+ technical expertsBasic understanding of Salesforce design and architecture will be an advantage
