Overall, as a Workflow Application Platform Owner, you will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes and improving productivity through the effective use of the workflow application platform. You will need a strong understanding of workflow automation, business process management, and technical expertise to successfully manage and maximize the value of the workflow application platform.
1. Platform Strategy: Develop a strategic roadmap for the workflow application platform, aligning it with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for platform enhancements and improvements to optimize workflow automation and efficiency.
2. Platform Development: Oversee the development and customization of workflow applications, collaborating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. Ensure the platform is tailored to meet specific business needs and requirements.
3. Platform Implementation: Lead the implementation of the workflow application platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful deployment. Coordinate with IT teams to integrate the platform with existing systems and technologies.
4. Platform Maintenance and Support: Ensure the ongoing maintenance and support of the workflow application platform, including monitoring its performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary upgrades or patches.
5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business users, executives, and other stakeholders to understand their workflow requirements, gather feedback, and provide guidance on how to best leverage the platform to drive process efficiency and productivity.
6. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively utilize the workflow application platform. Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and best practices.
7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in workflow automation and process management, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the workflow application platform. Drive innovation and explore new features and functionalities to enhance the platform's capabilities.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: DegreeWork Experience: 3-4 years experiencedemonstratingan understanding of data insights across the value chain and provide thought leaderships on how this is used to deliver end to end solutions across functions with the client in mind.3-4 years experience demonstratingawareness of rapid developments within areas of expertise and use this knowledge to prepare the environment and stakeholders to anticipate and respond to changes in markets and industry to drive tangible business value.3-4 years experience demonstratingin-depth understanding of market trends and developments in rapidly changing environments and tactics to drive change.1-2 years experiencedemonstratingan ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement fit for purpose solutions aligned to the overall organisational strategy.1-2 years experienceprovidingevidence of continuous learning within area of expertise and exposure to testing and analysing opportunities for improvement.
