Lead, Design Operations

Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking To create a long term strategy for design operations that will leverage efficiencies in the way that user experience designers in Standard Bank Group work. To lead strategic initiatives (licensing, learning & development, industry events & guilds, existing designers skills assessment & improvement, grad programme & UX capacity building & overall employee engagement levels) across the Design Group to improve operational effectiveness. Qualifications Minimum QualificationsType of Qualification: Post Graduate DegreeField of Study: Information StudiesMinimum Experience8-10 years of demonstrated workplace experience within the area of specialisation with evidence of exposure to leading teams (3-4 years' people management experience).
