Lap Training Facilitators

The company is looking for freelance  and well experienced training facilitators, with interest in in learnerships and skills programme interventions on the following programs National Certificate: Building & Civil Construction L3National Certificate: Construction Roadworks L 2National Certificate: Community House BuildingSkills Programme: Community House Building (Bricklaying)Skills Programme : PaintingPlumber skills programCarpentry skills ProgramSkills Program: Fencing, Pipe Laying and Steel WorkFETC: PlumbingOccupational Certificate: Plumber LearnershipOccupational Certificate: Bricklayer LearnershipOccupational Certificate: Painter LearnershipOccupational Certificate: Electrician LearnershipFacilitation:·     Give feedback and sign off (this will be done electronically), any facilitation is required to be carried out in person, the company will cover the expenses of travel and accommodation (outside Eastern cape) for the facilitation.·         Ensure that all paperwork with regards to the facilitation are completed.·         Ensure learner have clocked in on attendance register as per the Learner Attendance Tracking system.·         Assist learners in carrying out their work and completion of POE's·         Develop and hand in the facilitation report and a maximum of 100% of all POE's for assessments & moderation and verification (the company will assist in this regard)·         Report and give feedback on the progress and day to day running of the training where necessary. Working Experience required is 5 years and more, plus hands on working experience,Accreditation with the relevant SETA (CETA, QCTO) is also an added advantage.The post LAP TRAINING FACILITATORS appeared first on freerecruit.co.za.
