Kitchen Manager/Senior Sous Chef

In search for an experienced, young, vibrant, outgoing, level-headed (especially being under pressure), disciplined and well organized individual to join our company. The candidate will work very closely with the Head Chef (and fellow colleagues) in running the daily operations of the restaurant/kitchen. Must be able to take charge, be a fast learner and be able to lead our team.
