Junior Systems Analyst

Reference: 9371 MLR Consultant: Michellele RouxJob Description:System SupportProvide first-level support for the following information systems: Dipar Datagear, Peopleflow, Hubdoc, Payspace, Syft, Power BI, Mesh, Xero, Approval Max, Sign now, Netcash, Picsa, and Microsoft 365,Jotform.Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.Maintain a detailed knowledge of each system to assist end-users effectively.TrainingDevelop and deliver training programs and materials for employees to ensure they have a solid understanding of the systems they use.Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance system proficiency.System MaintenanceRegularly update and maintain the information systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure.Collaborate with IT and system administrators to implement patches, updates, and fixes.Liaison with Service Providers lop a reporting dashboard for management across the business.DocumentationCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for all supported systems, including user manuals and procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of the listed information systems is a plus.Certification in relevant systems and technologies is desirable.Power BI implementation and exposure.Development experience in a backend and/or frontend environment.How to Apply:Email your comprehensive CV to******.If you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
