Junior Researcher

Responsibilities:Conducting research on various topics as requested by using external and internal sources.Collect relevant high-quality stories.Provide and compile data for reporting purposes.Gathering data for external communication (social, PR, briefing documents, blogs, presentations, etc.)Perform statistical and/or mathematical programming when needed.Developing and/or maintaining database.Providing consultation, technical assistance, and coordination for various external and internal stakeholders.Qualifications and Experience:Matric CertificateA bachelors degree in business-related / social science field.Customer service experience
