Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities Assist senior project managers in the planning and execution of construction projects. Prepare project schedules and track project progress. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects. Monitor project budgets and expenses. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications. Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field. Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
