Manage end to end project deliverySupport the Project Leadin the management of the commissionCollaborate with the overall cross-functional project teamCheck contracts for services for commissions under your control are in place with all clients/sub-consultants in line with group policyHelp to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parametersProject planning, including advising the production of the detailed project planAdvise upon the procurement of resources-design and constructionMonitor and advise upon projects finances/budgetsAssist managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communicationsEnsure the production of formal projects progress and other reportsDevelop appropriate contractor interfaceQualificationsCandidate will have the following;
Must have at least Bachelor's degree in Build Environment, Construction Management or other relevant discipline1-3 years post-graduate experience working on large-scale, mission critical construction projects.
