Junior Product Coordinator

Our client within the Fruit Industry is looking for a Junior Product Coordinator to join their Fruit Export Team. Experience within the Fruit / FMCG industry will be beneficial. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate availability and packing of products Ensure effective communication to relevant parties Responsible for administration related to farmers and product Quality inspections on product Physical stock takes in cold-rooms and matching thereof on system Coordinate packaging materials Ensure professional and effective relationships with suppliers and farmers Provide assistance to other Product Coordinators REQUIREMENTS Relevant Tertiary Qualification Computer literate, with Microsoft Office Must be proficient in handling data and working with systems Previous work experience within the fruit industry will be beneficial Technical knowledge on grape and/ or stone fruit will be advantageous Ability to build strong relationships Excellent communication skills Problem solver (able to resolve queries quick and efficient) Must be able to manage time effectively and prioritize well Work well under pressure Willingness to learn and go the extra mile SALARY Negotiable depending on experience STARTING DATE As soon as possible
