As part of the marketing team, you will be reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. You may be required to perform administrative tasks, will manage social media channels, create marketing literature and assets, assist in organizing campaigns and events as well as foster strong relationships with our audiences.Responsibilities:Supporting the Marketing Manager with various project organisation.Design creative assets and write or edit marketing literature such as blog posts, e-newsletters, brochures, etc. to augment the companys presence in the market.Composing and posting online content for the companys social media pages/platforms and websites in line with CI. Optimize, localize and create landing pages to drive more conversions.Identify new creative methods to deliver and distribute content in a way that maximises value and viewership.Monitoring all social channels, replying to comments and questions and reporting any issues or suspicious behavior to the Marketing Manager.Monitor, track, analyze and report on the performance of social media and other content for optimization.Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.Identify new creative methods to deliver and distribute content in a way that maximizes value and viewership.Place orders and manage the process to delivery.Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments activities.Internal and external communication with staff, customers and suppliers.Position Requirements:Formal Education & CertificationRelevant qualification in marketing, communication or related field.NQF6 or higher.Knowledge & ExperienceKnowledge of marketing principles, and digital content trends.Passion for social media and audience engagement.Proficient in MS Office.Design and content writing experience. Please share a project portfolio of previous works.Experience that would be beneficial but not required:Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.Working on a CRMWorking on a bulk mail applicationPersonal AttributesAbility to follow instructions and work independently on projects.Desire and potential to learn.Creative, autonomous and initiative spirit.
