As our Junior Hospitality Systems Admin, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT systems, subscriptions and infrastructure in a dynamic Aparthotel environment. You will ensure that all technology systems run smoothly and efficiently, supporting both the operational needs of the business and the superior experience of our guests.
You'd be an excellent fit for this role if you have: Proven experience in IT systems administration, preferably in the hospitality industry.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectsExtra Credits if you have: Experience with Google SuitesStrong understanding of property management systems and hospitality technology.Adeptness in Property Management Systems, and other subscription-based services.Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Your roles and responsibilities: Your primary duties will involve:
System Management: Administer and oversee the operation of property management systems, reservation systems, technology app subscriptions and guest service technology.Maintenance and Support: Perform regular maintenance and updates of all IT systems. Provide technical support and training to staff on new and existing systems.Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect digital and IT assets, including regular system backups and data protection protocols.Vendor Management: Liaise with external IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners to ensure effective service delivery and troubleshooting.Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT operations within the hospitality sector.Emergency Response: Provide rapid response and resolution during system outages or failures to minimize impact on operations and guest experience.Assistant in Adhoc Technical Tasks: Collaborate with the team to handle miscellaneous technical tasks as they arise, providing support in troubleshooting, researching solutions, or assisting with various system-related ad hoc requests.
