About the Role:Assist Commercial Controller to prepare reports on financial performance tailored to the needs of leadership. Accountable for entire Group reporting for Actual, Budget, Latest Estimates and SAF1
Main Responsibilities:PLANNING & FORECAST Meet the timing required for compliance with the budgeting and planning processCoordinate and supervise with all departments in the preparation of the budget/latest estimates data , ensure departmental reporting of actual versus budget/forecast data (by brand, by country, by channel and by SKU)Prepare year-end forecast of the outcome to both volume and valueReport the Actual/Budget/Forecast at central levelUpdate the Central planning tool (EPM) for Budgeting/SAF1
CONTROLLING & REPORTING Preparing monthly actual P&L for Region IndiaPreparing Brand/SKU wise P&L with GAP analysis (mainly to evaluate vol effect, mix impact, pure price effect, FX effect and others…) Prepare a P&L model for Rolling forecast of the P&LReport the monthly closure of BU performance Load & Report HFM data Analysis of Other Income highlighting Risk and Opportunities.ROI analysis for all the key investments (Trade Spends).Prepare presentations for Business Review, Budget & SAF1Maintain the Pricing in SAP with 100% accuracyRelease Standard Costing at year end with 100% accuracySupport Commercial Controller in PDP P&L evaluationsWho we are looking for:Chartered Accountant from a reputed institute with 4-7 years of experience. SPECIFIC KNOWLEGE (if required)
