We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Junior Business Development Manager – Partnerships with Dutch to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of partners and merchants.
Responsibilities: Assist in the setup of partner agreements and contractsCollect and organize necessary documents from partners for onboardingEnsure all partner information is accurately entered into Salesforce for tracking and reporting purposesCollaborate with the sales and partnerships team to create compelling presentations and proposalsHelp prepare materials for meetings and presentations to prospective partners and merchantsMaintain regular communication with partners and merchants post-meeting.Ensure timely follow-ups on action items and commitmentsProvide exceptional support to partners to foster strong, long-term relationshipsAssist in analyzing partnership performance data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvementGenerate reports and insights to guide decision-makingFacilitate training sessions for merchants and partners on how to effectively use the Genesis back-office system, including navigating billing, statements, and transaction trackingProvide continuous support and guidance on how partners can monitor their merchants' volumes and activitiesDevelop and update training materials and resources to ensure easy accessibility and understanding of back-office functionalitiesAct as a liaison between merchants, partners, and the technical team for any issues or queries related to the Genesis back-office systemRequirements: Fluency in Dutch as well as English languageHighly organizational abilities, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently are crucialStrong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and negotiate with clients and partnersGood analytical and problem-solving skillsWilling to innovate, learn, and share knowledgeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAny relevant experience in the payments, travel, e-commerce, crypto, or fintech industry is considered an advantageFast-growing payment companyExcellent working conditions, casual atmosphere, and state-of-the-art hardwareModern, challenging, constantly growing businessTeam building and fun activitiesPlease apply with your CV in English.
