Junior Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant

General duties:
Bank reconciliations.
Creditors – from obtaining statements, capturing invoices, reconciling accounts, follow up on outstanding queries, loading for payment.
Payroll - every fortnight payroll for labour wages and subcontractors.
EMP201 – Payroll statutory reports by 5th of each month, SARS e-filing.
Debtors assist with collection of monies, send statements.
Reconciling General Ledger Accounts.
General office administration – answering of telephone, typing, faxing, capturing of purchase invoices.

Requirements:
Min two years' finance exp.
Pastel Accounting and Payroll literate
Excellent Word/Excel
A valid drivers licence and excellent experience with reconciling accounts
