The business specializes in the conception and execution of derivative-based risk mitigation solutions for a spectrum of customer sets. Looking to hire a junior analyst / trader to join the team. Attributes: - Like the existing team members, a successful candidate must be an all-rounder - academic, social, self-driven, dependable. Quantitative Pedigree: - The trades are complex derivative instruments, so a successful candidate will need to show evidence of a very strong quantitative academic pedigree in the fields of mathematics, physics, financial mathematics or actuarial science. Client Relationships: - Strong relationships with clients are a critical Team Player: - The company culture is non-hierarchical and job descriptions are not formalized. The successful candidate would need to be independent, self-motivated and demonstrate a willingness to sacrifice self-interests for team interests and to assume whatever role necessary to further the interests of the business. Age: - The successful candidate is likely to be a young university graduate with little or no professional experience.
