Financial Administration:Assist with the financial admin of all purchasesManage the fixed asset registersManage the administration of systems i.e. networks, telephones, computer and softwareBalance sheet recons, month/year-end journal and ledger processingPosting bank transactions, recons, and process paymentsAll other ad hoc duties as required by the FM i.e. assist with Statutory payments, preparing monthly management accounts Requirements:Accounting qualification or any other relevant qualificationMin. 3 years relevant experienceProficient in financial systemsAbility to communicate well in English and AfrikaansSkilled in MS OfficeAbility to function well under pressureGood time management skillsKnowledge of internal audits advantageousAbility to analyse and report on financial data and statements
