Own transport and drivers license
Candidate with an actuarial degree with good pass rates
Have practical work related experience in the implementation of life insurance related software development projects OR financial services or other
OR a certified junior or senior technical business analyst or certified senior technical business architect or product owner with practical work related experience in life insurance and /or the implementation of life insurance related software development projects
Must be able to interact and work closely with client business representatives and business analysts with some consultation with technical architects where applicable
Gather information and analyse new business requirements
Understand the business requirements of the customers and translate them to specific software requirements
Raise business requirements in terms of new product capabilities and modernisation of legacy build
Be able to identify redundant functional development
Understand the technical implementation and processes to ensure all processes are regularly reviewed and any changes raised at the various forums
Be able to work independently, but also be able to constructively & effectively contribute within an internal project teams, the business architect team and other technical software forums that all follow Agile principles
Provide guidance to system behaviour and identify scenarios which would be suitable to test
May need to create test plans & coordinate and manage the execution of the testing
Software testing levels (unit, integration, system, vulnerability, UAT, regression testing)
R35 000-R60 000 gross per month.
