Sourcing and Talent Pipelining: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates. Proactively build and manage a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure candidate profiles align with client requirements. Candidate Experience: Champion a positive candidate experience, ensuring seamless and respectful interactions at every stage. Gather and provide feedback to enhance the overall recruitment process. Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions related to candidate availability and expectations. Share relevant market insights with the team to enhance overall recruitment strategies. Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant with a specific focus on candidate engagement. In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and talent pipelining. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to assess candidate skills and cultural fit effectively. Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering a superior candidate experience.
