We are looking for someone with a proactive, team spirited attitude that can bring experience and initiative.What you'll do Helpdesk call management and remote support assistanceHands on support and problem solving of real live IT casesInvolvement and co-ordination of projects, both locally and globallyEnsure SLA and Customer Satisfaction are adhered toRegional and global team membershipWorkstation and networking device management and configuration, upgrades and deploymentBasic network troubleshootingBasic active directory administration, maintenance and troubleshootingKnowledge Base and KEDB usage and advising on shortcomingsEscalate issues within timescales allowedThird Party Case logging and assigning casesMeeting rooms audio visual checks Deployment of laptops using imaging technology (Intunes/JAMF)Case ManagementAdhere to company and departmental policies and proceduresMaintain IT inventory and asset registryProject and non-project related tasks as and when assignedOnboarding/Offbaording of new staff and leaversAsssist with office user moves internally related to IT equipmentAfter hours or overtime work as and when necessaryWhat you'll need Exposure to Microsoft and Apple systems and technologiesAdvanced Microsoft Office 2016/0365 knowledge and supportWindows 10 Operating Systems knowledge and supportDegree or diploma in ITWhat We BringWe are Mimecasters.
