Invoice Specialist

Job & Company Descriptions:Are you ready to propel your future forward? An FMCG company is in search of a dynamic Invoice Specialist. This is a 6 months contract role. As the Invoice Specialist you will be responsible for the below:Accurately process customer orders within agreed time-frames using the company's system.Confirm order details, including product codes, prices, and delivery dates with customers.Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment.Monitor and update customers on order status and any issues promptly.Handle order changes and cancellations professionally.Ensure accuracy of all required documentation, such as purchase orders and invoices.Work closely with sales to resolve order-related complaints efficiently.Continuously improve order processing for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.Manage customer orders via phone, email, and portals, resolving discrepancies promptly.Coordinate with departments for smooth order processing and delivery.Track and report customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.Maintain and update customer records for accuracy.Support sales by providing relevant information to customers.Integrate with the Sales department for improved collaboration.Resolve customer order and invoice complaints efficiently.Assist with other duties as required by management.Job Experience and Skills Required:Completed Diploma in accounting and related field.5+ years experience in a similar role in finance and FMCG industry.
