Introduction Tracker's Sales Department requires and Broker Sales Consultant to promote TRACKER to the Broker and Insurance Industry and to meet sales targets in the Pietermaritzburg, KZN region. The objective is to provide a high level of visibility and support in order to increase Tracker fitment volumes from the broker distribution channel.
· Promote Tracker to brokers and insurers in and around Pietermaritzburg.
· Provide on-going product information to a portfolio of brokers/administrators/underwriters.
· Implement and manage incentive programmes/marketing opportunities.
· Regular training to Insurance Intermediary staff on all Tracker products and services.
· Weekly/monthly reports, monitor portfolio performance, track trends within the industry.
· Achieve set monthly and yearly sales targets.
· Assist with broker queries relating to new business and existing clients.
· Attend after-hours functions if and when required.
· Attend to necessary administration.
· Identify new business opportunities for Tracker.
· Facilitate process improvements by engaging with internal stakeholders.
· Sales experience preferably in the tracking and/or insurance industry.
· Providing service/ support to a portfolio of brokers or sales intermediary partners
· Service oriented with excellent administration skills.
· Preferable: 2 years' experience in dealing with brokers/underwriters/insurers or selling short term insurance to the public in external sales capacity. Dealership VAPS or tracking experience will be considered.
· Excellent presentation skills.
· Valid Code B/ 08 Driver's Licence (manual and automatic)
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Must be a self-starter.
· Able to work within a team.
