Industrial Psychologist

Requirements:NQF 9 (Masters Degree) in Industrial PsychologyCertification in specific Psychometric Assessment tools (i.e. CPA, MBTI, EQi, BeQ, Spiral Dynamics, etc.)At least 5 years experience as an Industrial PsychologistExperience in facilitating on an individual and group levelFacilitation certificateProficient in MS Office and ESSRegistered with the Society of Industrial and Organisational Psychology of South Africa (SIOPSA)Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as an Industrial PsychologistHave a valid drivers licenseExperience in a mining / heavy industry will be advantageousKPAs:Determine, adapt/develop and implement/facilitate quality and quantity outputs using organisational development resourcesImplement, maintain and continuously improve systems, practices, methods and proceduresDevelop psychometric and competence assessment processes to ensure the standardisation of criteria used for assessmentsEnsure compliance to HPCSA code of practice, standards and legislationEnsure organisational integration of assessment systems and tools and alignment to organisational objectivesManage feedback of psychological assessments and implementation of associated interventions if requiredPlease note should you not receive a response within 7 business days of applying, you may consider your application as being unsuccessful.
