Inbound Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry

Hire Resolve's client in the Pharmaceutical Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an Inbound Manager to join their team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.Responsibilities:Monitors & tracks receipt, storage, and issue of materials and productsPlans & Maintains warehouseInvestigates issues related to delivery/ rejections/ etc.Ensures preparedness of the facility for auditsCo-ordinates materials movements within internal & external stakeholdersOversee the end-to-end process for receiving supplier stock as well as store reverse IBTsProactively managing non-conformance and non-balancing deliveries in receivingProactively manage stock density and health within the warehouse by reallocating stock for efficienciesIdentifying and recommending necessary infrastructure changes to improve performance and scalability in receivingEnsure timeous execution of inter-warehouse IBTs to avoid delay in order fulfillment and manage the stock flow across both warehousesOrganically grow the capability of receiving and operations in line with the business growth and strategic visionProactively identify opportunities to de-risk receiving and warehouse densityRequirements:Bachelors/BTec in Commerce / Supply chain / Industrial EngineeringGood analytical working experience or subjects related to the degree2+ years of leadership experience in a comprehensive supply chain management environmentMinimum working experience of two years of pharma or food industry experienceA sound knowledge of relevant quality working standards & safe working procedures as well as the requirements of the Health and Safety legislation (OHS Act/ ISO standards), also including GWP and/or cGMP, GDP, and safe work practicesProficient in Microsoft Office suite (including Excel), SAP, warehouse management systems, and database systemsProven Experience in a leadership role with oversight of multiple supervisorsSalary: Market RelatedTraining & DevelopmentPaid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.Salary: negotiable.Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.Apply for this role today, contact Ashley Feldtmann at Hire Resolve or on LinkedIn We will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
