Identity And Access Governance Specialist (Info Sec)

DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Governance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining access management processes for our clients. The Identity and Access Governance Specialist will work closely with our business, Information Technology and Risk communities to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs. Experience, skill and capabilityResponsibilities: • Assist in implementing the role-based access control model by ensuring that access is based on the least-privileged• Support the Access Managers in facilitating the awareness training to the stakeholders on the access management developments• Facilitate the onboarding of the application systems onto the access management system• Assist in a day-to-day access operation• Participates in the access management forums and when required, the business units meeting forums• Providing the required service to your clients• Conduct regular reviews of access management solutions to ensure they are meeting client needs and industry best practices• Monitor and escalate the exception reports• Perform regular access management gap analysis and recommend solutions• Providing the required service to your clientsTechnical skills:• Data analytical skills• Project management skills• Business operations• Basic IT skills• Risk Management skills• Basic Information Security Skills Investec Culture At Investec we look for intelligent, energetic people filled with passion, integrity and curiosity.
