Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a highly motivated HR Officer to join their client's team in the mining industry. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that their HR policies and procedures are in line with industry best practices and are effectively implemented throughout the organization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures that are in compliance with local labour laws and regulationsMust have good knowledge of the labour act. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesDo monthly payroll/fortnight for around 100 peopleOversee employee onboarding and orientation programsProvide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and proceduresHandle employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigationsExperience in psychometric test to check if the employee is suitable candidate for their position.
