Dynamic client is seeking a suitably qualified HR Manager with leadership and motivational skills to take charge of it's human resources department in Pietermaritzburg. Experience and KnowledgeTertiary qualification in human resources management or business managementExtensive knowledge and experience in HR Management - 5 to 10 years (preference will be given to candidates from manufacturing industry)Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategic and HR objectivesDemonstrated commitment to health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.Demonstrated understanding of all applicable legislative requirementsAbility to negotiate wages and conditions of employment at national levelUnderstanding of bargaining council policies and procedures and providing input to theseImplementing and maintaining an effective and efficient job evaluation systemPlease send suitable CVs to note, due to high influx of CVs, only suitable candidates will be contacted.If you do not hear back from a consultant within 5 to 10 days of your application, please consider yourself unsuccessful this time around.
