Hr (Human Resources) Agricultural/ Packhouse Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS National Diploma/ Degree in HR Agricultural and or Business Diploma / Degree advantageous Previous Agricultural related experience At least 5-10-years experience in operational environment, preferably agriculture Previous packhouse experience essential Experience with working with BRC / HACCP advantageous Computer literacy in MS Office (excel, outlook, word) Previous HR experience essential Must have strong management skills Ability to motivate employees and drive organizational change and development Ability to drive improved productivity out of season Must be well-organised with great leadership qualities Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with and motivate a team ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
