Minimum RequirementsAdvanced Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, or related field.Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role (Motor Industry experience preferable)In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships at all levels Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Sage People experience advantageousStrong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.A positive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to take on new tasks.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various HR topics, such as harassment prevention, leadership development, and performance management.Assist with recruitment & selection process by conducting interviews and reference checksConducting exit interviewsAssist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, policy updates, and diversity initiatives.Assist with employment equity monthly maintenance and annual reportingCollaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
