Description:

HR Business Partner needed for a mining company in North WestTo be responsible for recruitment and selection, personnel management, coordinating service awards and functions, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, employment equity as well as handling grievances and disciplinary procedures. Ideally you will have a Honours Degree related to Human Resources. A minimum of 8 years experience as a HR Generalist in a mining environment is essential.
