More about the role: This role offers fantastic exposure to a wide range of HR activities and the opportunity to be hands-on with the operational teams.You'll be an integral part of the supportive HR team, collaborating with them daily and being the first point of contact for HR queriesWorking the wider team to share management of the HR inboxActive involvement in processing payroll.Providing guidance to managers during employee relations processes.Assisting with sickness monitoring and conducting well-being meetings.Supporting HR Business partners with various HR projects.You'll be responsible for compiling and analysing data as needed.Regular face-to-face meetings with employees to address their queries and concerns.About you: Ideally, you're working towards or have achieved CIPD Level 3 (or 5) certification.Face-to-face HR experience is highly desirableActive involvement in areas such as sickness management and well-being.Confidence is key - we're seeking someone outgoing and assured.You'll be working closely with operational staff, so having an air of confidence is essential.What's on offer?
