Details of the offer

The Candidate supports company operations by maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing and processing of payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems and keep it updated; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions in-house and on different producing units. Assist in HR-duties; ensure that all production units comply with export and local requirements PayrollResponsible that the payroll is maintained and executed timely, accurate and according to statutory requirements.Handling any pay slips queries.Assisting production manager with queries/problems re all employees.SAGEVIPCrestaSecretarialOrganize appointments and meetingsMaintain calendars and schedulesManage travel arrangementsPrepare and distribute minutes of meetingsArrange and prepare presentationsPrepare and distribute correspondenceCompile and present special reportsData ManagementCreate and maintain databasesTimely and correct capturing of all farm related dataOrganize retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and removal of recordsEnsure security of dataAudits and RegistrationsContinuous inspections, maintaining and complying of all audit processes:The collection of data, the keeping of records and the general overseeing of the audit processes of all the farming units.Coordination and timely registrations for the export of fruit.Policies and ProceduresEvaluate existing proceduresDesign and implement procedural improvementsPrepare materials describing procedures and standardsCommunicate changes in policies and proceduresEnsure adherence to policies and procedures by staff membersOffice EfficiencyMaintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.Staff ManagementMaintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.HR ResponsibilitiesIntake of new employeesDocumentation: Disciplinary hearings, IOD'sHostel responsibilities: AdministrativeGeneral assistance to all staffAssist HR Manager where necessaryFinancialAchieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.Communication and Team EffortGood communication, both written and verbal, all of which must be accurate, efficient, friendly, and professional at all times.
