The Financial Manager (Multiple Properties) will assists the Group Financial Manager by overseeing, coordinating, and directing the accounting and financial reporting activities of the Department Team across multiple properties. Acting as the custodian of the financial management system and hotel budgets, this role supervises the establishment and effective management of Accounting, Budgeting, and Financial Control systems. The Financial Manager manages daily cash usage, ensuring financial accountability across the operation and timely payment to suppliers for consistent service excellence. Additionally, this role conducts financial analysis, auditing, and project management to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives. The Financial Manager reports on financial performance and provides operational recommendations, while coaching senior managers on financial management approaches and language. The position will require someone who is willing to travel to the multiple properties - Local and in Africa.
