Candidate Requirements Grade 12 Previous working experience within the food and beverage department Exceptional communication skillsMust have the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situationsA proven track record in upselling services is advantageousShould have an energetic, friendly and approachable demeanor Must be confident in making bookings for spa treatments, safaris and transfersShould be confident in performing stocktake Will be welcoming and greeting guests, taking orders and assisting with inquiries Should ensure that all tables are properly attended to Accommodation is offered on site, this will include shift work mainly in the evenings and a day shift when stocktake will be done
