Must have:
Travel / Tourism Diploma
Travel Consultant / Reservations exp
2+ yrs exp in holiday & travel bookings
Superb telephone etiquette
Sound relationship building skills
Ability to work independently

3 - 4 years exp as a Travel Consultant & / or Holiday Reservations
Strong relationship building skills required
Good interpersonal skills with superb telephone etiquette
Sound written and verbal communication (English & Afrikaans)
Problem solving skills
Good listening skills
Basic numeric and accounting would be beneficial
Sound overall communication skills; e.g with team members, management and clients
Computer literate, e.g. MS Office, MS Word, Outlook, excel, etc
