Manage budgets and deliver on sales and acquisition targets.Balance Sheet growth and protection through maintenance of existing deals and origination of new business.Monitor and supervise new employees through mentorship and coaching programmes.Recruit and support new staff to help them elevate and embed into our culture and business.Manage a portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients in conjunction with the banking team.Collaborate and integrate with the company.Manage sales initiatives and participate in product improvement and enhancement.Develop key relationships both internally and externally.New client acquisition and business development in conjunction with the company's ventures, a Private Equity business as part of the company within the group.Qualifications:
