A leading activations/promotion agency in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a Head of Procurement to build a proper strategy and team over time, and to oversee the scale of the buying.

Responsibilities: The internal customer is the Account Director teams - provide service that supports the ADs and their clients. Be nimble. Be quick.Optimise all purchasing and meet the savings KPI as agreedNurture supplier partner/relationships and add key suppliers as neededBring innovation and great ideas to buying options (in pitching phase)Facilitate the introduction and adoption of procurement technology to support the business processResource and build the procurement team, for which commercials needs to make senseProvide processesCompliance and fraud mitigationRequirements5 years+ procurement experience within the BTL marketing/activations space or similarStrong negotiation skills (with finesse)Experience managing a small teamDetail-oriented and business-minded
