Job Description
As the Head of Marketing & Growth at Best10, you will own our marketing, customer acquisition and retention strategy across all customer channels and execute effectively, and iterate quickly. This role is responsible fordriving revenue and scale customer acquisitionon a global level. You should have hands-on experience developing, planning, launching, and analyzing customer acquisition campaigns and a marketing funtion - preferably in a platform based business or Fit-Tech industry. We are looking for someone with demonstrated track record in leading previous companies through hyper growth.
Duties:
Develop, launch and own the strategy around organic and paid channel growth, Best10 customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
Another point on acquisition: You will need to grow the brand and our customers base at unprecedented speeds. 2021 will be a year of significant growth and scale and this role will own all influencer marketing, paid and organic acquisition. You will also need to identify and test new acquisition channels and scale our customer retention / maintenance program.
You will come with a wealth of experience and insights around the customer journey. Deeply understand our customers and what conversation rates we can expect plus develop the process and tools to optimize this at Best10
Define the mix and sequencing of marketing tactics (digital, email, content) and channels (influencers, direct, partners) to drive acquisition, reduce churn, and improve retention rates. You will also drive original digital content; influencer campaigns; off-line marketing; targeted outreach
Deeply understand our customers and identify opportunities for experimentation, growth, and optimization at every stage of their lifecycle.
Collaborate and work with sales, customer support, and product teams to build and launch coordinated campaigns that drive engagement and achieve business goals
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in hyper-growth digital marketing, with aproven history of building and executing successful growth strategiesin startup companies. Bonus points for spending some part of your career in business development.
Strong business background (successful entrepreneur, Fintech, Fittech or similar analytical experience)
Analytical mindset and have deep experience optimizing campaigns, translating data into insights, and clearly communicating those insights back to company leadership.
Understanding of global health, fitness market and trends
Budget ownership and responsibility for at least two prior companies
You know how to work cross-functionally and prioritize against company goals — especially in a fast-paced, small-team environment and startup culture
