Head Of Educational Excellence

About the Role:

As Head of Educational Excellence, you will work and report directly to the Childcare Chief Operating Officer and work in unity with the Head of Marketing, Head of Commercial Growth and Head of Operations to provide challenge and innovation to the Group’s strategy.
As a member of the Senior Management team you will provide direction, guidance, leadership and expertise to the Group and the wider Society, being an ambassador for Society led initiatives and exploiting collaborative opportunities. You will demonstrate creativity, have imagination and enthusiasm underpinned by a commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
The Head of Educational Excellence will lead the strategic development and implementation of our educational strategy in-order to realise our vision of being the leading early years provider in the sector, delivering outstanding care and unrivalled early education. You will be responsible for leading the excellence team to ensure they have a tangible impact on the quality of education and achieving outstanding results in all Little Pioneers nurseries. You will relish the opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding group.
About You:

Degree or equivalent level of experience in a Head of Educational / Quality roleMinimum 2-3 years at senior operational levelYou will be an experienced leader, with exceptional knowledge of early childhood development, the EYFS, pedagogy and curriculum. Experience in the early years sector is essential Proven ability to develop and deliver an early education and quality strategy Good IT skills – Word, Excel and Power point. Experience of using technology and data to support performance improvementProven ability, to budget, manage expenditure within budgetary limitsBe able to travel nationallyCurrent driver’s licence
