You will lead a team of HR professionals to attract, develop, and retain top talent, while also ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.Requirements Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectivesOversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboardingProvide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actionsLead the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performanceDrive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable workplaceManage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairnessStay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policiesCollaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and promote a positive company cultureQualification Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
