Our client has maintained their reputation for providing world class service to their customers and the most innovative, collaborative corporate culture for their employees. They are looking for a dynamic Senior Compliance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Health Compliance sub-division of the Product compliance unit. This role will be accountable for the facilitation and oversight of key compliance requirement specific to the health unit. Additionally, you will be required to set and manage frameworks and policies, provide strategic guidance and publish monthly and quarterly reports. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within the greatest corporate environment.
Education:
Completed BCom Degree
Job Experience & Skills Required:
5 – 6 years’ experience in a compliance role
3- 4 years’ experience in a managerial role
In-depth understanding of the Medical Schemes Act – non-negotiable
